Hi, I'm Lau Han Ching. Home based. owner of On The Spot Computer Service. What is it that sets my service apart from other computer service operations in the area? Fast, friendly, efficient service. With over 10 years of experience in computer repair, technical support and customer service I have the skills and experience to get your computers and networks functioning smoothly. More importantly, I believe in being straightforward with my customers so that I can best help you get your computer working exactly the way you want it to.
Another feature that sets me apart from most computer repair operations is that I come to you. In the majority of cases it is far more desirable to fix a computer "on the spot" that it is to unhook everything and drop it off at a shop. And in many cases, troubleshooting networks for instance, it simply must be done onsite at the customer location. If I determine that a computer can be better fixed back at my office then I will do a pickup and dropoff service for the same price. This guarantees that you will get much more comprehensive and thorough service from start to finish.
Customer education is a central part of my approach to helping you maintain your computer and get the maximum life span out of it. Don't send a perfectly good computer to the landfill when it's useful life span can be extended well into the future - breathe some new life into your old machine by giving it a cleanup and tuneup.
